We are happy to organise a babysitter for your children.

Library

There is a bookshelf in our Biedermeier room from which you are welcome to borrow a book. If you would like to keep the book, we would ask you to leave a book in exchange. Have fun browsing!

Flowers

Tell us the occasion or your floral wishes - we will be happy to take care of the rest.

Stamps

You can obtain stamps for your letters and holiday greetings at reception.

Iron

Iron and ironing board are available at reception. Please do not use them in your guest room!

Check-out

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. We accept cash, all major credit cards and Maestro/Bankomat for the payment of your bill.

Blankets and pillows

Additional cushions and blankets, also for allergy sufferers, are available for you.

Bike hire

Sightseeing by bike? Try our Hotel AUSTRIA city bikes! You can hire our ‘speedsters’ at reception from € 8.00 including helmet.

Airport transfer

On request we can organise transfers to and from the airport for you, price: from € 45.00.

Hairdresser

There are several hairdressing salons in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We will be happy to book an appointment for you.

Breakfast

We offer you our rich buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 am. A continental breakfast is available for guests departing before 7.00 a.m. Please book at reception the evening before. We serve breakfast in your room from 07:00 to 10:00 for an extra charge of € 2.00 per person.

Luggage storage

Our luggage room is at your disposal for storing your luggage.

Drinks service

We serve drinks and refreshments at our reception bar at all times.

Free high-speed Internet access is available for our guests in the hotel lobby.

There is a wide selection of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Opt for ‘Viennese’ cuisine or international specialities - we will be happy to give you a good recommendation and reserve a table for you.

We are happy to take your laundry for washing and ironing. If you hand them in by 10.00 a.m., they will be returned to you on the same day. We will be happy to take non-washable clothes to the dry cleaners for you.
